近日，万达酒店及度假村任命苏伟先生为济宁富力万达嘉华酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营管理及品牌发展等工作。Wanda Hotels & Resorts officially appointed Mr. Terry Su as General Manager of Wanda Realm Jining. He will be in charge of the daily hotel management and brand development.

苏伟先生拥有三十多年国际品牌酒店管理经验，曾任万达酒店管理集团、温德姆酒店集团以及洲际酒店集团品牌总经理。在酒店筹备、运营、市场营销战略、餐饮及团队建设等方面有着较为成熟和独到的管理思想和理念。

Mr. Su has nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He served as General Manager at Wanda Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels Group and Intercontinental Hotels Group. He has a mature and unique management concept in hotel pre-opening, operation and team management.

在调任济宁富力万达嘉华酒店之前，苏伟先生于赤峰富力万达嘉华酒店担任总经理一职。在此期间，无论是酒店的经营发展，还是企业社会口碑，均得到当地政府及社会各界的认可。同时也帮助酒店在当地旅游行业树立了良好的企业形象，为助力当地经济发展及社区就业做出了应有的贡献。Prior to joining Wanda Realm Jining, Mr. Su served as the General Manager of Wanda Realm Chifeng. During this period, both the operation of the hotel and the social reputation of the enterprise had been recognized by the local government and public. At the same time, he also helped the hotel establish a good corporate image in the local tourism industry and made contributions to the local economic development and community employment.
