职位描述：

We are currently looking for an intern to be part of the Design team under the Project and Design Division for our hotel development projects. You will gain wide exposure to all aspects of the hotel design and development by assisting in the design process, from research and development during pre-concept to fit-out and construction.

As an Intern, Design, we rely on you to:

- Provide support for project meetings including preparing presentations, mood boards, colour plans and elevations, materials boards and follow-up.

- Manage vendors, obtaining and organising samples and pricing, knowledge of peripheral trades for added resources.

- Conduct research and sourcing, analyse data, shortlist and make recommendations, and share with the team about new products, materials and new trends.

- Manage and organise the materials library.

- Read architectural plans and produce scaled drawings and layouts.

- Provide support to Design Managers as needed.

We are looking for someone who has/is:

- Final year undergraduate or graduate student in accredited university studying architecture, interior design, graphic design, or arts.

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, In-design, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office Suites. Ability to produce animated presentations has an advantage.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills in visual and written presentations. Ability to speak and write Chinese is a plus.

- Good design aesthetic, to assist Design Managers on selections and specifying lights, furnishings, hardware, floor, wall and ceiling material and finishes.

- Attention to detail, enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated.

- Curious and eager to learn, energetic, cheerful, and also comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive and able to work independently with professional attitude.
