2 基本原则

2.1 倾听

  • Listen actively (积极倾听):倾听客人的投诉,不打断,不中断,表现出对他们问题的真正关心。

2.2 尊重

  • Show respect (表现尊重):尊重客人的感受,避免争论或责备,而是采取尊重的态度。

2.3 道歉

  • Apologize sincerely (真诚道歉):如果酒店的错误导致投诉,要诚挚地道歉,并承认问题。

2.4 解决问题

  • Resolve the issue (解决问题):积极寻找解决问题的方法,确保客人满意。
